-The Department of Transportation will be required to create and maintain all public methods of transportation on the server

-Methods of public Transportation must scale for local and server-wide transportation using local "gateways" that lead serverwide to other "gateways" (portal hall) and local transportation allowing smaller communities to connect to each other and the local gateway (train). These methods should only be instated in the overworld

-Public Transportation methods should remain free 

-A Subsection b) of Greifing shall state that it is illegal to attempt destruction of any public method of transportation upheld by D.O.T

-TPA systems shall be installed and allow players to teleport to one another so long as both parties agree.
